After Pick Up and Delivery

  • Returns for defective or incorrect Item

    • Customers can return or claim a refund for that item.

    • Contact Seoul Asian Market Online by email or phone within 24 hours of receiving Items.

      • Customers will not be able to claim return nor refund without any prior notice

    • In order to claim a return or refund, visit Seoul Asian Market.

  • Return or refund due to simple remorse.

    • Return or refund due to simple remorse is not possible.

  • Missing Item

    • If there are missing item, please contact Seoul Asian Market Online.

  • Items below that were picked up or delivered more than 3 days ago will not be able to claim return nor refund.

    • Frozen

    • Produce

    • Used or Opened Item

      • If the item was defected, contact Seoul Asian Market for staff confirmation in order to claim refund.

Order Cancellation or change before Pick Up or Delivery

**Cancellation or change of payment transaction will take 3 to 4 business days. (Depends on card company)

**Handling Fee will not REFUNDED if order status changed after "Ready to Pick Up" or "Shipped"

  • Partial cancellation of order

    • Before cancelling Items, contact Seoul Asian Market by Email or Phone first.

    • Will be able to cancel by the day before of Pick-up or Delivery.

  • Change of order

    • Before changing Items, contact Seoul Asian Market by Email or Phone first.

    • Will be able to change by the day before of Pick-up or Delivery.

    • Customer needs to reorder after partial refund of the product that needs to be changed.

  • Change of delivery address

    • Before changing Address, contact Seoul Asian Market by Email or Phone first.

    • Will be able to change by the day before of Pick-up or Delivery.

  • Out of Stock item after the order

    • Seoul Asian Market Online always process customer’s order immediately, however Some of the products are on high demand, and quickly get Out of Stock.

    • Seoul Asian Market will refund immediately if the product is Out of Stock and will prepare and deliver the rest of the items as soon as possible.

    • If the product is Out of Stock, Seoul Asian Market Online will send notice of Out of Stock.
